Service · Shopify & YouCan
Shopify store design, and the move from YouCan.
A Shopify store built around your best sellers, cash on delivery set up for Morocco, and, if you sell on YouCan today, your products, customers and links moved over without losing your Google traffic.
The need
The orders come in. Sales slip out on the way.
An online store loses sales between the product page and the doorstep, in places a dashboard rarely shows.
- 01
A theme, not a brand
The same template as every competitor: the visitor can't tell why to buy here rather than elsewhere.
- 02
Product pages that don't answer
Sizes, delivery, returns hidden in tabs: each unanswered question is an abandoned cart.
- 03
A platform you've outgrown
Missing apps, design limits, no selling abroad: the store holds the brand back.
The process
Five crates, moved without losing one.
Titles, descriptions, prices, variants and photos imported, then every product page reread.
Your customer list and order history carried over, so nobody starts from zero.
Every old address redirected to its new page: Google positions and links shared on Instagram or WhatsApp keep working.
Cash on delivery as a manual payment method, delivery zones and fees, order confirmation by call or WhatsApp.
The domain switched and test orders placed before the old store closes, never the other way round.
The result
The till rings, and the brand shows.
What changes is the path from product page to order: shorter, clearer, set up for how Moroccans actually pay.
- 01
Built for cash on delivery
COD set up from day one, with confirmation and zones, the way most buyers in Morocco pay.
- 02
A store that looks like the brand
Husla.ma reads like a lookbook; AZERI shows real workshop photos. Not a theme with a logo on it.
- 03
Ready to grow
Apps, languages, currencies and markets abroad, without changing platform again.
(02) Shopify stores, live and selling.
Sites and products in production, for clinics, brands and founders. Each cover opens the live site or the case study.

A Shopify store that reads like a lookbook: both sets side by side up front, the brand story, then the pieces, numbered like the clothes.

A Shopify store that leads with the clothes in motion, puts the monthly drops up front, and keeps cash on delivery and WhatsApp support one tap away.

Questions
Before you write.
01Should I leave YouCan?
Not always. If you sell only in Morocco on cash on delivery and the store works, improve it. If you are building a brand or selling abroad, Shopify is the better base.
02Will I lose my Google traffic?
Not if every old address is redirected to its new page, which is part of the migration.
03Does cash on delivery work on Shopify in Morocco?
Yes, as a manual payment method. Shopify Payments isn't available in Morocco, and Shopify charges no transaction fee on manual payments.
04How much does a Shopify store cost?
The price depends on the scope: number of pages or screens, features and languages. Send the brief and you get a written reply within 24 hours with the scope, the timeline and a fixed price.
